We recently eliminated the old links to Borrower and Lender History. Please use the updated Borrower and Lender Tasks now.

As a reminder, do not reply to the DueNorth ILL request emails as they do not include the borrower's email address - please use the hyperlinked contact within DueNorth under the 'Borrower & Contact' column in 'Lender Tasks.' When you click on this hyperlink, it will open up your email client (Outlook, Mail, etc.) - or you can right-click and select 'Copy email address' and paste it into an email.

Also, the 'Yes' and 'No' links in the notification emails do not answer requests. These links simply take you to DueNorth where you have to log in and complete the process via Lender Tasks and the 'New' tab. No ILL requests can me be completed via email alone. You must log into DueNorth to fulfill or reject ILL requests.
