UPDATE 11/7/2018: The issue with Clinton-Essex-Franklin Library System (CEFLS) libraries in DueNorth has been resolved! Thank you for your patience as we worked through the issue!
It has been reported by many libraries that borrowing from the Clinton-Essex-Franklin Library System (CEFLS) libraries in DueNorth appears to be broken. We've confirmed that this is true. An update to CEFLS' ILS has created a disconnect between MasterKey, our federated search engine, and the CEFLS catalog.
We've contacted support and we hope to have it resolved soon. Thanks for your patience!
